1. Memory Manager
The first section is the Memory Manager which increases your system
performance by making more RAM available for your applications and the
operating system increasing the efficiency of your CPU and PC caches.
Virtual memory, available in Windows, is a way of simulating memory by
using available hard disk space as if it were extra RAM. WinBooster
Memory Manager makes sure that you are using your virtual memory and
physical memory RAM to the fullest without compromising your system
cache. Using SRT - Smart Recovery Technology; WinBooster optimizes
memory based on system to system configuration instead of a general
principle which is used in other programs thereby preventing cache
compromisation.
When ever you use any program like word, your favorite game or mp3
player, etc it uses memory, first memory to go is your physical memory
called RAM, this is the fast memory and any program loaded in RAM will
run faster, when the RAM becomes full then Windows makes use of your
hard drive space in a process called virtual memory, unfortunately as
the speed at which hard drive operates is too slow compared to the
speed at which RAM operates, any program loaded in virtual memory will
load slowly.
When Applications are opened they try to load in RAM, obviously for
faster access, however as RAM gets filled up pretty quickly, virtual
memory comes into play and well you know the rest, the system gets low
after using it for a while. Now you know WHY !
WinBooster will free up any unused
RAM that it can find and allocate that ram to your favorite
applications so that your favorite programs run faster.
2. Internet Optimizer
The second section is the Internet Optimizer which improves
your internet connection by fine tuning various internet protocols and
settings, to give you better download speeds.
WinBooster is very easy to use, to Optimize simply choose the
connection type you use to connect to the internet, such as modem,
cable, DSL, LAN, etc, then click optimize button at the bottom. All
settings will be automatically optimized.
3. Windows Optimizer
The Third section is the Windows Optimizer which improves your
Windows Speed, Program Speed, Optimizes disk caches, and enhances
performance on your system all in just one click of a button.
